Position Summary;
The Sales Associate is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining individual, group, and corporate accounts. The role supports the implementation of marketing plans and sales strategies to promote the clinic's services, increase revenue, and expand the client base.
Duties & Responsibilities;
- Develop and implement sales strategies for multiple clinic locations.
- Identify and establish new individual, group, and corporate accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Coordinate with the management team and other departments to ensure effective implementation of marketing and sales activities.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and service awareness programs.
- Ensure that individual and team sales targets are consistently achieved.
- Maintain knowledge of the clinic's laboratory services and medical procedures.
- Analyze market needs and assist in the development of medical service packages aligned with marketing and revenue goals.
- Negotiate and establish service agreements or partnerships with corporate clients and external organizations.
- Conduct fieldwork, client visits, and product/service presentations.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and client engagement reports.
