Job Overview
The Sales Associate plays a vital role in driving the store's sales performance by meeting individual and team targets for assigned products or categories. This position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, and ensuring the store maintains a clean, organized, and visually appealing shopping environment. The Sales Associate also supports operational tasks such as inventory monitoring, replenishment, and adherence to company standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned products or categories.
Build strong relationships with customers by providing personalized assistance and product recommendations.
Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to confidently address customer inquiries and promote key items.
Ensure store displays and product arrangements meet visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team to ensure timely restocking and replenishment.
Prepare and submit sales and inventory reports as required.
Support daily store operations including cash handling, stock management, and cleanliness of the sales area.
Participate in product training sessions and contribute to maintaining a positive team environment.
Uphold company policies and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
Qualifications
Senior High School graduate or College level.
At least 6 months of retail sales experience preferred (electronics, fashion, or appliance industry experience is a plus).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and selling skills.
Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
Basic knowledge of inventory control and sales reporting.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays.
Must be dependable, goal-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with the team.
