Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Davao. The Sales Associate will engage with customers, provide information about products and services, address inquiries, and assist in closing sales. Responsibilities also include maintaining knowledge of company offerings, understanding customer needs, and achieving sales goals to ensure a positive customer experience. The Sales Associate will work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall sales performance.

Qualifications

• Customer-oriented skills, including effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Sales and negotiation skills to understand customer needs and close deals
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet sales targets
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address customer concerns
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools or sales software
• Ability and willingness to work on-site in Davao during designated hours
• Relevant experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing are a plus
