Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing customers to educate them about our services.
  • Answer questions about services or about the company.
  • Meet weekly/monthly KPI's and sales targets
  • Follow up on leads and maintain an active pipeline daily
  • Formulate and ask the right questions to understand customer requirements in order to close sales
  • Keep records of all activities including calls, emails, relevant information exchange.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Handle issues and formulate solutions to help customers with their needs.
  • Develop and maintain accurate service knowledge.
  • Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell our services.
  • Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
  • Send and discuss service literature, brochures, catalogs and other campaign material.
  • Achieve daily, monthly, annual targets.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree on any related field
  • Experience in telesales or other sales/customer service role - minimal
  • Motivated, enthusiastic with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Team mindset
