Sales Assistant

About The Role

We are looking for a Sales Assistant who will support our Sales Team through effective telemarketing, cold calling, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and confident in engaging with potential clients to help drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telemarketing and cold calling to generate leads and qualify prospects
• Schedule sales appointments and coordinate with Account Executives
• Prepare and update sales documents, quotations, and reports
• Maintain and update lead databases and CRM
• Assist in sales order processing and other sales-related tasks
• Coordinate with internal departments for sales requirements
• Support the overall sales operations and activities
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of telemarketing or cold calling experience
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• SAP experience is an advantage
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
