Step into a dynamic remote position where your coordination and support abilities make a tangible impact on the sales and account management team. You will ensure daily operations run smoothly by managing schedules, handling CRM updates, and facilitating seamless communication with prospects and clients. Work collaboratively, yet independently, in a fully remote setup during night shifts, ensuring all tasks are aligned with the team's objectives.

You'll engage with clients and prospects through various online tools, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings and demos, drafting proposals, and keeping the sales pipeline clean and organized. Your proactive approach will facilitate the sales cycle and enhance client engagement without the need for hard closing unless requested.

By managing shared inboxes and preparing reports, you play a crucial role in maintaining organized documentation and clear communication, ultimately supporting the entire team's success in hitting activity targets such as calls, follow-ups, and scheduled meetings.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 2+ years of experience as a virtual assistant, telesales/telemarketing representative, customer support, or similar remote role
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and online tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
