Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Industrial)
2+years of experience in technical sales, business development, or MEP-related engineering
Knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Fire Protection, Electrical, Plumbing) is an advantage
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit is a plus
Willing to travel for client/site visits
Licensed Engineer is an advantage but not required

Engage with clients to understand their product requirements, recommend tailored solutions, and deliver accurate, compelling proposals that drive business growth
Lead client site visits to assess needs, evaluate systems, and identify opportunities for tailored solutions
Partner with the engineering team to translate client requirements into cost-effective proposals, technical drawings, and system specifications that support successful sales outcomes
Prepare and deliver presentations, product orientations, and technical demonstrations
Build and maintain good client relationships, addressing concerns and offering after-sales support
Monitor ongoing projects and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation
Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and product development initiatives
Prepare reports, sales forecasts, and documentation required by management
