Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
At least 2 years of solid sales & marketing experience, preferably in luxury beauty, aesthetics, dermatology, or high-end wellness brands
Proven track record of closing high-value deals and consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets
Strong expertise in selling aesthetic machines, advanced skincare, treatments, or premium beauty solutions
Deep understanding of luxury brand positioning, client experience, and relationship management
Highly skilled in digital marketing, Meta Ads, social media strategy, and lead conversion
Confident presenter with the ability to conduct product demonstrations, client consultations, and executive-level negotiations
Results-obsessed, competitive, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Polished communication skills with a professional, luxury-brand presence
Willing to travel, attend exclusive events, trainings, and client meetings
