Job Description

Departmental Leadership

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the entire Sales & Marketing Department, collaborating with team leads to set departmental objectives and KPIs.
  • Monitor team performance, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure alignment with the organization's goals.

Sales & Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute a marketing plan to continually refine the organization's sales and marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote Point Blues products and services.
  • Collaborate with the internal team and external consultants to set sales targets, enhance lead generation, and improve conversion rates.

Client Relations

  • Lead the Client Relations team to strengthen and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Implement and improve customer service processes to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Address client feedback, issues, and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or relevant certifications in Marketing is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing sales and marketing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and branding strategies, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
  • Knowledgeable in integrated marketing communications and developing a comprehensive marketing plan.
