Job Description

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field
  • At least 23 years of experience in sales operations or a similar supervisory role in an automotive dealership or related industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills; able to enforce policies and guide a team of Sales Executives effectively
  • Proficient in sales reporting, data analysis, and preparation of accurate sales reports
  • Knowledgeable in sales documentation processes, including quotations, purchase agreements, and financing computations
  • Experience in developing marketing activities and client acquisition strategies (corporate, fleet, government accounts)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to work cross-functionally with other departments and branches
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
  • Trustworthy in handling confidential information and ensuring company asset protection
  • Willing to perform other tasks that may be assigned by the superior

Duties And Responsibilities

  • See to it that office policies and decorum are being followed by Sales Executives
  • Prepare and present Accurate Sales Analysis on a weekly basis
  • Sees to it that quotas of commissioned and salaried Sales Executives are consistently attained
  • Initiate and evaluate Marketing activities and reports, Saturation drive and itineraries of Sales Executives
  • Assists in developing new accounts (Corporate, Government and Fleet)
  • Facilitate Sales Executives in Basic Training Programs
  • Responsible in thoroughly checking of all Sales documents such as:
  • Quotation
  • Pre-Purchase Agreement
  • Purchase Agreement
  • before forwarding it to another concerned department
  • Provide computations and breakdowns in the Pre-Purchase Agreement such as financing, discounts given, subsidies received from IPC, etc.
  • Ensuring that sales goals and quotas are achieved
  • Monitoring of inventory and aging units
  • Communicate and Coordinate with other branches for unit availability
  • Responsible for allocating and assigning units
  • Ensures the protection of the organization's assets by maintaining information confidentiality
  • Performs other functions as may be assigned by the Superior from time to time
