About the Role
TheSales & Marketing Manageris responsible fordriving student enrollment and brand growthforCCA Manila and the Asian School of Hospitality Arts (ASHA). This role leads theend-to-end sales and marketing strategyfrom lead generation and conversion to brand positioningensuring both schools remain top-of-mind for aspiring chefs, hospitality professionals, and corporate clients.You will work closely with academic leadership, admissions, and operations to translate world-class programs intoclear, compelling, revenue-generating offers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own enrollment targets for degree programs, short courses, and professional trainings
- Drive lead generation and conversion efforts
- Identify new revenue streams (custom trainings, executive programs, private workshops)
- Track pipeline performance, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for CCA and ASHA
- Oversee digital marketing, content, events, open houses, and campaigns
- Ensure consistent brand positioning across all touch points
- Collaborate with creatives, agencies, and internal teams on campaigns and materials
Admissions & Customer Journey
- Work closely with admissions to improve inquiry handling and follow-ups
- Design and refine the student journey from first inquiry to enrollment
- Improve customer experience, response time, and conversion messaging
Partnerships & Industry Engagement
- Build relationships with hotels, restaurants, resorts, and hospitality groups
- Represent CCA and ASHA in industry events, career fairs, and networking opportunities
- Support placement, internships, and industry-aligned programs through partnerships
Data, Reporting & Optimization
- Monitor KPIs such as leads, enrollments, CAC, and ROI
- Use data insights to refine messaging, channels, and offers
- Prepare regular performance reports for leadership
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field
- 35 years experiencein sales, marketing, or business development
- Proven track record in hitting revenue or enrollment targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Preferred
- Experience in education, hospitality, culinary, or service-driven industries
- Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and analytics
- Experience working with premium or professional brands

Compensation:
Base of Php 40,000-50,000 + Performance Incentives
