Qualifications
Work Location: San Joaquin St., Mandaluyong City
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of sales experience with proven managerial or team leadership experience.
- At least 2 to 3 years of work experience in Construction or retail industry
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills, with the ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations.
- Results-driven, organized, and proficient in MS Office and sales reporting
- Willing to do fieldwork.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and targets to achieve company revenue objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and target markets.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales reports, and recommend improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business agreements with clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
