Job Description

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential customers and business partners through research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads.

Sales & Closing

  • Conduct cold calls, and follow up on inquiries to convert leads into sales.
  • Negotiate and close deals with resellers, distributors, and individual customers.
  • Handle objections effectively and build strong relationships with clients.

Account Management & Retention

  • Upsell and cross-sell skincare products to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle post-sales support.
  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in skincare, beauty, or FMCG).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales, including handling resellers and distributors.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other sales and marketing-related software tools.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
