Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential customers and business partners through research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads.
Sales & Closing
- Conduct cold calls, and follow up on inquiries to convert leads into sales.
- Negotiate and close deals with resellers, distributors, and individual customers.
- Handle objections effectively and build strong relationships with clients.
Account Management & Retention
- Upsell and cross-sell skincare products to maximize revenue.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle post-sales support.
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in skincare, beauty, or FMCG).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales, including handling resellers and distributors.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other sales and marketing-related software tools.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
