Sales and Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Future Trade International Inc. is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team. This is a full-time position based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. As Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution and coordination of trade marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility and sales performance across our retail and distribution channels. This position is instrumental in bridging communication between internal teams, retail partners, and customers, ensuring seamless implementation of promotional campaigns and trade marketing programmes.

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinate and support the development and execution of trade marketing campaigns and promotional activities
2. Liaise with retail partners, distributors, and internal teams to ensure effective implementation of trade marketing programmes
3. Prepare marketing materials, including point-of-sale displays, product information sheets, and promotional collateral
4. Consolidate and analyze data for trade marketing reports
5. Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources across campaigns
6. Conduct market visits to monitor product placement, competitor activities, and pricing
7. Maintain accurate records of trade marketing activities, promotional spend, and campaign performance metrics

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant experience in trade marketing, promotional marketing, or related marketing function
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines
• Experience with budget management and cost control
• Experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution industries is an advantage
• Preferred: Familiarity with social media marketing and digital promotional tools
