Requirements
College Graduate
At least 1 - 2 years in same or related role
can do field work if needed
Relevant experience in a sales or marketing assistant/coordinator role, ideally within the home improvement or retail industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in using various marketing and sales tools, including CRM software and social media platforms
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work autonomously
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote Coway's products.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights.
Track and report on sales performance metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches.
Plan and execute promotional activities and events.
Manage and optimize digital marketing channels.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
Develop sales presentations and marketing materials.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Salary range: 18,070 - 20,000 (depends on experience)
- Work Location: G. Araneta, Quezon City
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM
