Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Sales and Distribution Coordinator to support our sales operations and ensure the smooth distribution of products to customers. This role bridges the gap between sales, logistics, and customer service, playing a key part in delivering excellent service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor order processing from sales entry to final delivery.
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, warehouse, logistics) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Maintain and update customer records, pricing, and product availability in the system.
- Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues or delays.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and inventory summaries for management.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including quotes, contracts, and promotional materials.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales and distribution.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support as needed.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors to foster loyalty and mutual growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Track distributor performance against KPIs and provide regular feedback and support to improve results.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with distributors to develop sales strategies.
- Contract Negotiation: Assist in negotiating distributor agreements, pricing structures, and service-level expectations.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for distributor concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in distributor/channel management, sales, or business development.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, logistics, or supply chain roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management and distribution processes is a plus.
