Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales volume and revenue targets
  • Manage and grow existing dealers/distributors
  • Build strong partnership with store owners, purchasing managers and coop leaders.
  • Ensure consistent sell-in to dealers and sell-out movement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products to potential clients.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company sales targets.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture or any related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development of rice product.

Qualifications

  • With strong sales background in FMCG, rice, and/or agricultural products
  • Proven ability to develop and expand business opportunities in new market areas
  • Experienced in handling dealerships and distributorship operations
  • Knowledgeable in data consolidation, monitoring, and management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Willing to travel for field work when necessary (South - Metro Manila)
