Job Summary:
The Sales and Client Services Lead for Staffing/IT-BPO, KPO, or Manpower Business drives client relationships, manages staffing engagements, and ensures efficient service delivery. This role collaborates with internal teams to achieve revenue goals, track key metrics, and optimize staffing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and staffing engagements from onboarding to ongoing service delivery.
- Track and report key metrics, including service performance, client satisfaction, and revenue targets.
- Identify growth opportunities, support renewals, and mitigate risks with client accounts.
- Collaborate with Recruitment, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain and optimize tools, dashboards, and workflows for efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, policies, and applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Operations, or related field.
- Preferably with 5 years of experience in sales, account management, and B2B sales.
- Familiarity with CRM/ATS tools and reporting dashboards.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in staffing, outsourcing, or workforce solutions is a plus.
