Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in marketing services and solutions related to consulting, services, and training. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base within the medium-sized and enterprise business segment.
  • Identify and qualify leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand clients challenges and objectives, and present tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and exceptional customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and partner.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and position the company effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven success in B2B sales, with a focus on marketing services and solutions.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our offerings effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working with SMEs and medium-sized businesses is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
