Job Summary
Lipa's Best Food Corporation is seeking a motivated and reliable Sales Agent to join our growing team. The role is focused on building strong customer relationships, promoting our products, and driving sales growth in the Batangas area.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products to retailers, distributors, and direct customers.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Preferably male applicant with own motorcycle for mobility and client visits
- At least a high school graduate; college level or degree is an advantage.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in food distribution or FMCG.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of the Batangas area market is a plus.
- Willing to travel within Batangas and nearby areas.
