Job Description

The Sales Agent is responsible for promoting and selling the companys IT products and services, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs, and offering appropriate IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new clients through calls, emails, and networking
  • Present and explain IT products/services (e.g., software, web development, IT support, digital solutions)
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth onboarding
  • Track sales activities and update CRM or sales reports
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT or technology-related services
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in simple terms
  • Goal-oriented with strong negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage

Preferred Skills

  • B2B sales experience
  • Knowledge of IT services (software development, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.)
  • Excellent follow-up and time management skills

Compensation

  • Base salary + commission
  • Performance incentives
