The Rental Sales Agent is responsible for assisting customers with vehicle rentals, providing exceptional service, and driving sales of rental products and services. Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers professionally and assist them in selecting the appropriate vehicle for their needs

- Complete rental agreements accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required information is captured
- .Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions securely and in compliance with company policies
- .Verify customer credentials, such as driver's licenses, credit cards, and identification, to ensure compliance with rental requirements
- .Maintain accurate records of reservations, transactions, and customer interactions
- .Assist in inventory control by keeping track of vehicle availability and usage
