Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Sales Agent based in Metro Manila, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The role involves building relationships with potential buyers, understanding their real estate needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Responsibilities include conducting property viewings, managing inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets through effective selling strategies. The Sales Agent will work closely with the team to ensure client satisfaction and ongoing support throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Real Estate Sales and an active Real Estate License
• Proven experience in Real Estate and general Sales
• Excellent Customer Service abilities to address diverse client needs
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup, with discipline to manage tasks independently
• Knowledge of the real estate market in the Quezon City area is advantageous
• Experience in using CRM software and proficiency in basic office tools is a plus
