Sales Administrator

About the Role
Synct is hiring an experienced Sales Administrator to support an Australian SaaS company.
This is a full-time, permanent work-from-home position where you'll support the Sales Team with proposals, invoicing, CRM maintenance, sales documentation, and other day-to-day administrative tasks.

You'll primarily work with HubSpot, Xero, and Ignition to support these processes. This is an internal support role and does not involve sales targets or direct client management.

Purpose of the Role
Support the Sales Team by managing sales administration, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring proposals, invoicing, and CRM activities are completed accurately and on time.

Salary Range
PHP 30,000–35,000 per month (inclusive of de minimis)
Salary will be based on your relevant experience, skills, and software knowledge.

What You'll Do

Prepare proposals and engagement documents using the company's proposal management platform.
Generate and issue customer invoices using the company's accounting platform.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the company's CRM platform.
Monitor proposals, engagements, and invoicing to ensure timely processing.
Maintain pricing information, sales records, and internal documentation.
Support onboarding administration and internal sales processes.
Prepare reports and update sales information as required.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Maintain organized electronic records and documentation.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Team.

What We're Looking For

At least 2 years of experience in Sales Administration, Administrative Support, or a similar role.
Experience supporting an Australian business or Australian clients.
Experience using CRM, invoicing, and proposal management platforms, such as HubSpot, Xero, Ignition, or similar systems.
Experience preparing proposals, quotations, invoices, contracts, and other sales documentation.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Available to work full-time during AEST/AEDT business hours.
