About Us

Mondo Cucina, Inc. is the exclusive distributor of Smeg in the Philippines, offering world-class Italian home appliances known for style, quality, and innovation. We are looking for a Sales Admin who will support our sales team in ensuring smooth operations, excellent client service, and proper coordination across departments.

What Youll Do

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing quotations, contracts, and proposals.
  • Process orders and coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and service teams for smooth delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and CRM databases.
  • Assist in client communications, addressing inquiries, and providing after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with Finance for billing, payments, and collections.
  • Support sales events, showroom activities, and product launches.
  • Ensure that all sales processes follow company policies and brand standards.

What Were Looking For

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • 12 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or related roles (retail/distribution experience is a plus).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
  • Professional demeanor that reflects the premium Smeg brand.
