Sales Admin who will support our sales team in ensuring smooth operations, excellent client service, and proper coordination across departments.
What Youll Do
- Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing quotations, contracts, and proposals.
- Process orders and coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and service teams for smooth delivery.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and CRM databases.
- Assist in client communications, addressing inquiries, and providing after-sales support.
- Coordinate with Finance for billing, payments, and collections.
- Support sales events, showroom activities, and product launches.
- Ensure that all sales processes follow company policies and brand standards.
What Were Looking For
- Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 12 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or related roles (retail/distribution experience is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Professional demeanor that reflects the premium Smeg brand.
