Job Summary
The Sales Admin Intern will assist the Sales Supervisor in handling day-to-day operations. This role provides hands-on experience in sales coordination, documentation, customer support, and administrative tasks, helping the trainee develop practical workplace skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update sales records, databases, and reports
- Prepare and organize documents such as purchase orders and delivery receipts
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college/university (Business Administration, Marketing, or related course)
- Required to complete OJT/Internship hours
- Must have their own laptop for daily tasks and reporting
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
