Job Description:

  • Timely receipt and dispatch of sales documents, including creation of Reservation Reference Numbers (RRNs).
  • Prepare and submit the Daily Sales Report (DSR), Out to Sales (OTS) report, and other PD Booking reports accurately and on schedule.
  • Execute special unit extensions of sales holds in the Seller's Portal.
  • Ensure prompt distribution of sales documents for review and booking.
  • Manage CRM ticket creation to update buyer's profile.

Job Qualifications:

  • College graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related course
  • With at 1 least year of working experience handling Sales Documentation or Sales Administration
  • Strong Communication and Analytical Skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Preferably with background in real estate
