Job Description

  • Contact businesses by telephone to solicit sales for goods or services.
  • Encode all customer information in the CRM
  • Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources (directory listings, internet, phone-ins, advertisements and referrals)
  • Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contracts.
  • Maintain records of contracts, accounts, and orders.
  • Schedule appointments for Account Executives to meet with prospective customers
  • Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers.
  • Graduate of any business course
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in performing secretarial or administrative functions
  • Good in oral and written communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Can work well with minimal supervision
  • Team player
  • High tolerance for pressure
