Job Description
The Sales Admin Assistant supports the sales team by handling administrative tasks, maintaining sales records, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the sales department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents
- Monitor customer orders and delivery status
- Maintain and update sales records and reports
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments
- Handle inquiries and follow up on pending transactions
- Assist in organizing sales files and documentation
Qualifications
- College graduate (Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred)
- Experience in sales support or admin work is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, email)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Customer-service oriented and reliable
- Salary Range: 18,000 - 19,000
- Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm (Monday - Saturday)
- Work Location: Quezon City
