The administrative assistant supports sales & marketing by handling administrative duties, coordinating with clients and internal teams, organizing documentation and assisting with departmental initiatives to help maintain seamless daily operations and enhance the team's overall efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related fields.
Experience in bidding and administrative roles is an advantage.
Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in Ms Office application and google workspace.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detailed oriented, proactive and capable and working independently with minimal supervision.
Candidates must be willing to work in green hills San Juan City.
