Job Description

We are looking for a professional and organized Sales Administrator to support our sales team. You will provide administrative assistance, handle customer communications, and help ensure smooth sales operations. This role may also involve occasional site visits or client meetings to support the sales team.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Answer and respond to customer emails and phone calls professionally
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales documents and correspondence
  • Maintain and update customer and sales records in the CRM system
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and dashboards
  • Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and other departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and sales presentations
  • Support the sales team with follow-ups, documentation, and daily administrative tasks
  • Ensure accuracy in invoices, purchase orders, and other sales-related documents
  • Occasionally visit clients, suppliers, or project sites as needed to support sales activities
  • Track sales targets, KPIs, and team performance metrics
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the sales supervisor

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in sales support or administrative roles is a plus
  • Willing to go on occasional client or site visits
