JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Activation Assistant supports the Digital Sales team by executing day-to-day activities that enhance online sales performance, strengthen brand presence, and deliver compelling digital content. This role combines sales support, social media management, and graphic design, ensuring that all digital touchpoints drive inquiries, conversions, and customer engagement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Sales Support
Assist in implementing sales activation plans and digital campaigns for various projects. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely uploading and updating of project information, digital flyers, promo materials and inventory highlights.
Social Media Management
Manage agnostic Digital Sales social media pages, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community engagement. Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, inquiries, cost per lead, etc.). Assist in executing paid social media campaigns.
Graphic Design & Content Creation
Design digital marketing materials such as social media posts, EDMs/newsletters, banners, infographics and digital flyers, event and promo materials. Maintain a library of digital assets and produce basic video edits.
