Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Makati for a Sales Account Manager. The Sales Account Manager will oversee customer accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and develop strong relationships with customers. They will identify and pursue lead generation opportunities, assess client needs, and create tailored solutions to drive business growth. Additional responsibilities include managing client inquiries, presenting service offerings, and achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Account Management and a strong track record of maintaining Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, including the ability to handle inquiries and foster productive client relationships
  • Lead Generation experience, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and the ability to deliver effective presentations
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Experience in the I.T. services industry or corporate sales is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
