Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with both new and existing customers
- Re-engage past leads and dormant accounts through thoughtful, timely follow-up
- Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel informed and supported
Lead Nurturing & Conversion
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads
- Follow up consistently to guide prospects through the sales journey
- Understand client needs, timelines, and decision drivers
- Use CRM tools to track interactions, manage pipelines, and ensure no opportunities are missed
Sales Support & Quoting
- Prepare and send accurate, well-structured quotes aligned with pricing tiers and product options
- Confidently answer client questions around products, pricing, timelines, and availability
- Create client-ready presentations using pre-prepared templates
Order Processing & Logistics
- Enter sales orders accurately into the order management system
- Provide realistic shipping estimates and manage delivery timelines
- Track orders and proactively communicate updates or delays
- Resolve order issues with professionalism, urgency, and attention to detail
- Coordinate with factories and external partners to ensure large custom orders are delivered on time

- Clients feel relaxed, informed, and confident working with you
- Quotes and orders are accurate, timely, and well-communicated
- Operational errors decrease, not increase
- The founder is able to step back from day-to-day operations with confidence
Essential
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent written and spoken English (near-native level)
- Confident, natural, and friendly communication style not overly formal or scripted
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience in a client-facing role (sales, account management, customer success, or similar)
- Comfortable working with CRMs and business systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball
Highly Regarded
- Experience in promotional products, merchandising, print, or manufacturing
- Experience working with international clients or distributors
- Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Apollo, Xero, or similar platforms
Training & Support

Over the Top Promotions is an internationally award winning creative marketing agency that specialises in producing branded merchandise to Australia , New Zealand and APAC region, but our mina focus is Australia . We warehouse and distribute merchandise globally and create custom stores for our clients who can access customised merchandise at the click of a button. Our job is to make their life easier and help them stand out. We focus on the IT Sector and work with brands such as CISCO, Lenovo, Dell, HPE , AWS are some of the clients we serve . We spend a lot of times working out what are the best products to use to help them build their brand through the use of branded merchandise. We are a team of 13 that all work together closely and together as a team to create solutions for our clients that are different and always on brand. We are a remote team however we focus on building a great culture to work with. The majority of our team are based in the Philippines and we have a local team leader to support you on your day to day tasks.
