Overview of the Position:
The role is fully accountable for achieving growth and annual sales revenue within the defined region. It involves managing distribution channel partners and overseeing all sales activities, including prospecting, developing, and managing target and key accounts. The position also requires establishing and maintaining strong professional relationships across all departments of Ranpak and with all levels of the company's distribution network
Work Setup: Full-time regular; Remote; Morning Shift 8:30am Manila Time
Duties & Responsibilities
- To prepare, maintain and update quarterly business plans, the CRM database, reporting of weekly activities, etc.
- To regularly review business opportunities with assigned distribution channel partners
- To provide sales and product support to Distributors, End Users and potential customers whether new leads, established customers, through cold calls, during trials, or after-sales follow-up, etc.
- To plan and prepare for visits to Key Accounts, target accounts and new accounts
- To develop and implement sales strategies to address business growth in relevant industrial and market segments
- To facilitate the transfer of necessary sales skills and product knowledge to distributor sales teams
- To form and maintain quality professional relationships with distribution channel partners within the defined region
- To meet and exceed agreed annual sales targets
- To act as a strategic marketing partner for distribution sales channels
- To act in compliance with the agreed business plans and methodologies
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience, preferably in the segment of logistics and/or packaging
- Strong commercial drive with a proven track record in sales
- Experience working through distribution channel partners is an added advantage
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to train and educate both clients and the sales representatives of appointed distribution channel partners
- Knowledgeable of consultative and solution-based selling an advantage
- Big-picture perspective with strong team player
- Dynamic personality with entrepreneurial spirit
- High sales drive with self-discipline, commitment and self-motivation
- Own a car with a valid driving license
