JOB SUMMARY
The Field Sales - Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and representing Infopro Business Solutions Inc. in a professional manner. This role involves regular travel to meet clients and potential clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions that drive business growth.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Conduct regular follow-up meetings with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and to identify new business opportunities.
Sales and Business Development:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
Product Knowledge and Training:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
- Provide clients with training and support on product usage and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor offerings.
Sales Reporting and Administration:
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in Account Management in Cybersecurity is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales or account management role.
- Amenable to work in a hybrid arrangements
