JOB SUMMARY

The Field Sales - Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and representing Infopro Business Solutions Inc. in a professional manner. This role involves regular travel to meet clients and potential clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions that drive business growth.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular follow-up meetings with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and to identify new business opportunities.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.

Product Knowledge and Training:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Provide clients with training and support on product usage and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitor offerings.

Sales Reporting and Administration:

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Account Management in Cybersecurity is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales or account management role.
  • Amenable to work in a hybrid arrangements
