About The Role
Echelon Sports is looking for a full time
Sales Manager / Account Manager who shall serve as the key person in charge of managing the commercial engagements for the Premier Volleyball League (PVL). This role operates at the intersection of sales, client management, partnership strategy and collaboration with senior leadership that aims to expand sponsor revenue while fortifying high-quality delivery for existing partners.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Identify, pitch, and close sponsorship and partnership opportunities for the PVL
- Develop tailored proposals based on brand objectives, campaign goals, and budget
- Lead sales conversations from initial outreach through negotiation and closing
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of prospective partners across categories
Account Management & Partner Servicing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned PVL partners
- Manage ongoing sponsor relationships to ensure renewals and upsells
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure sponsor deliverables are executed properly
- Handle partner feedback, concerns, and commercial discussions professionally
Commercial Strategy & Planning
- Support the development of sponsorship packages, pricing, and entitlements
- Provide input on new commercial ideas, activations, and content opportunities
- Track partner performance, deliverables, and revenue targets
- Assist in forecasting, reporting, and deal documentation
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with leadership, operations, marketing, and content teams
- Ensure clear communication between partners and internal stakeholders
- Maintain organized records of contracts, decks, proposals, and timelines
Qualifications & Experience
- 36 years experience in sales, account management, partnerships, or business development
- Experience in sports, media, entertainment, or agencies is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and close deals
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Commercially sharp, organized, and comfortable handling multiple accounts
- Professional, reliable, and able to represent the brand confidently
