Provide support to the company's sales department.
Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions.
Takes orders and inquiries via phone, email and other messaging platforms on assigned accounts.
Assisting customers on their inquiries and orders.
Encoding of orders for pick up in Oracle for limited number of items to purchase
Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
College graduate of any business course
Preferably with one (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Sales Experience Is An Advantage But Not Required
Proficient in MS Office Applications
Good oral and written communication skills
