Location: Cagayan De Oro
Job Summary:
Responsible for acquiring new clients, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients (SMEs, mid-sized, and enterprise accounts)
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Prepare sales proposals and close deals
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications:
- At least 23 years experience in Sales or Business Development
- Proven track record in client acquisition
- Experience handling logistics, distribution, or FMCG accounts is an advantage
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Must be based in Davao or Cagayan de Oro
- Willing to do field work
