Job Description

  • Ensure that customers inquiries are handled with the utmost professionalism and of high service standards
  • Understand and meet the customers needs within our capacity
  • Able to communicate procedural details to the customers and suppliers
  • Create meetings, presentations, and events to promote destinations
  • Build strong customer relationship
  • Involvement in operations procedure that is relevant to the selling of the product or service
  • Offer solutions to service issues
  • Must be able to work alongside the operations and finance teams to deliver service commitment
  • Provide timely, complete, and comprehensive responses to customers
  • Be able to determine customers buying behaviors or trends and offer options
  • A team player in collecting and managing customers and suppliers data
  • Participation in the companys organized events according to its needs
  • Understand and able to analyze tour packages
  • Proposal submission to customers
  • Following up on proposals to secure business
  • Monitoring and involvement with bookings
  • Flexibility during last-minute requirements that will give potential additional business or income to the company
  • Willingness to consult the higher up for major management decisions
  • Ability to work across departments to accomplish tasks
  • Adapt a teamwork mindset and office systems
  • Report to the assigned manager
  • Continual undergoing of training and calibrations
  • Sales Executive for the following areas / region (Palawan, Cebu, Davao, Manila, Pampanga, Bulacan)
  • College graduate with a bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hotel & Restaurant Management or Management
  • Above average in both written and spoken English Communication
  • Minimum of 2 years tourism industry experience
  • Dedicated and willing to be trained
  • With knowledge and experience in sales
