Sales Account Executive

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Generate new leads and business opportunities
• Meet with clients to discuss their requirements and recommend suitable products or services
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects
• Conduct client meetings and site visits when needed
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure customer requirements are met
• Negotiate and close sales opportunities
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Prepare weekly sales and accomplishment reports
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• At least 1 year of sales or account management experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Goal-driven and customer-oriented
• Computer literate
• Willing to do fieldwork and client visits
• Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
