Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing, full-cycle Sales Account Executive with a proven track record in the Employer of Record (EOR) space. This is a sales role for a hunter who thrives on running the entire sales loop—from raw outbound prospecting and cold outreach to closing high-value inbound leads.

You aren't just waiting for marketing to hand you leads. You know how to build a list, pick up the phone, write compelling cold email sequences, and navigate complex international compliance conversations with HR leaders and C-suite stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting & Pipeline Generation

Own your pipeline: Actively hunt for new business through heavy outbound prospecting, utilizing cold calling, tailored email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling.
Inbound Conversion: Rapidly qualify, nurture, and close inbound leads, ensuring a high-touch, consultative experience from the first interaction.
End-to-End Deal Management: Manage the complete sales cycle from initial discovery and custom product demos to commercial negotiations, contract signing, and handoff.
Collaborate with marketing to maximize event-generated leads and targeted account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.

Consultative Selling & EOR Expertise

Act as a trusted advisor to HR, Legal, and C-suite executives, articulating the operational value and compliance mechanisms of EOR, Talent Search, and local managed payroll solutions.
Scope out complex global hiring needs, contractor-vs-employee risks, and local labor laws to build tailored commercial proposals.
Negotiate master service agreements (MSAs) and pricing structures that protect gross margins while maximizing client lifetime value.

Sales Operations & Cross-Functional Alignment

Maintain meticulous CRM data hygiene (deals, activities, and forecasting) to provide leadership with accurate pipeline visibility.
Partner with Legal, Finance, and Customer Onboarding teams to ensure seamless client transitions post-sale.
Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape and shifting global employment regulations, feeding insights back to product and leadership teams.

Qualifications

Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable):

Minimum 3+ years of direct sales experience explicitly within the EOR industry.
True Full-Cycle Experience: Proven track record of generating your own opportunities via cold outbound channels (calling and emailing) in addition to managing inbound pipelines.
Deep, fluent knowledge of global employment models, co-employment risks, permanent establishment issues, and international compliance.
Evidence of consistently meeting or exceeding quota (we want to see your track record of closing mid-market or enterprise deals).
Exceptional communication and presentation skills—you can command a room of C-level executives and simplify complex legal/payroll frameworks.
