Job Description

The Sales Account Agent promotes and sells conference facilities, managing client accounts to achieve individual and team targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Provides support to the Sales and Events Department in managing accounts, coordinating events, preparing documentation, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Assist all inquiries for functions and events, provide excellent stakeholder experience in handling the events.
  • Build a good working relationship with the clients.
  • Support Revenue Generation: Responsible for generatingsales, hitting individual quota, and contributing to the overall group quota on Food and Beverage (F&B), and Guest Rooms revenue; Generates new accounts to increase client base.
  • Develops customized packages based on the clients specifications with the correct charging of function rooms, guest rooms, food & beverages, and other miscellaneous costs.
  • Monitors payments of clients and assists Finance Department in following up on client billings and payments.
  • Follows and maintains the systematic way of booking events and coordinating with other event staff to ensure maximum use of function rooms.
  • Prepares all documents related to events with the correct information for the client and departments concerned.
  • Maintains existing business relations with current and old clients through excellent customer service and effective communication skills leading tosalesconversion and referrals.
  • Occasionally monitors events and checks clients/events.
  • Coordinates regularly with F&B concessionaire and other departments for a smooth flow in operation.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors Degree preferably in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management, Management, or any related course

Minimum Experience: At least one to two (1-2) years of relevant work experience in the hospitality industry and/or sales. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
