Prepare and review source documents, ensuring accurate entry of key data elements into the Enterprise Imaging Application to initiate transfer to the Safety System.
Perform initial data entry of safety cases in the BioConnect system in compliance with established procedures.
Conduct initial case intake (Book-In) for new cases and append additional information or documentation as it becomes available.
Access, code, enter, and review safety case data within Argus, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Support end-to-end case processing activities in alignment with global pharmacovigilance standards and timelines.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse, Registered Pharmacist, or Life Sciences graduate
Minimum of 3 years experience in a healthcare environment
At least 2 years of Pharmacovigilance (Drug Safety) experience
Proficiency in computer applications and safety databases, with strong data entry and documentation skills
High attention to detail and ability to work in a regulated environment
