Safety Specialist-Pharmacovigilance

Responsibilities:

• Prepare source documents and enter key data elements into Enterprise Imaging Application to initiate transfer to the Safety System.
• Perform initial data entry of cases in BioConnect System.
• Initial data entry (Book In) of new cases. Perform the initial Book In append additional information or documents to the case as they are received
• Perform the activities including accessing the case in Argus, code, enter, and review data etc.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse, Registered Pharmacist or Life Sciences Graduate
• minimum 3 years experience in healthcare environment
• 2 years Pharmacovigilance Experience
• computer and database skills
