Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Safety Officer role based in Dasmarias. The Safety Officer will be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe work environment by implementing health and safety policies. Key tasks include identifying and mitigating workplace hazards, conducting safety training, performing accident investigations, and overseeing occupational health compliance. The Safety Officer will also collaborate with relevant teams to ensure adherence to security measures and regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be BOSH certified, DOLE Certified Safety Officer 3 or Certified Safety Practitioner
• Experience in Accident Investigation and implementing corrective measures
• Skills in Security and enforcing workplace safety protocols
• Ability to design and conduct effective Safety Training programs
• Strong observational and analytical skills
• Knowledge of applicable safety and occupational health regulations
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
• Willing to work on site in Dasmarias, Cavite
