About the Role
- Ensure compliance with safety and occupational health regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead safety training and awareness programs.
- Maintain safety records and reports for audits.
- Coordinate with government agencies (e.g., DOLE, FDA) for compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Certifications: DOLE-accredited Safety Officer (SO2SO3)
- Minimum Training Requirement: Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH)
- Experience: 12 years as Safety Officer
Required Skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Strong communication and attention to detail
